– Neel Kashkari, the director of Treasury’s Office of Financial Stability, talks about the fact that the feds have lost $9 billion since they invested taxpayer money into banks in an effort to bail them out.

It’s going to take time for all the actions we’ve taken to have their full impact

– President Bush talks about the federal bailout. Of course it’s going to take time to lose everything, and for this bailout to reach it’s full $7 trillion impact.
