For him to come to Oregon as an environmental president, but his big strategy is to do more drilling and to have a gas tax holiday for three months, that’s a phony solution
(At least others come to Oregon and talk policy. What has Obama said about energy policy? How does he plan to solve the “energy crisis”? He wants alternative energy, reduced imports, and no drilling? Nice dream you have there, Mr. Obama. The problem is, we can’t reduce imports without drilling while we come up with those wonderful alternative ideas you claim to support.)
We can’t drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times … and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK
(What do other countries have to do with the way we drive, the way we eat and the temperature of our homes? They have no say in that, just as we have no say in the way they do the same thing. Shut up.)
